Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Gracifi. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to or purchasing our services.

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation

All payments to Gracifi for services or subscriptions are in USD and follow the refund terms below.

Setup Fees:

Gracifi collects a setup fee in two parts — 50% upfront before work begins and 50% upon completion of the service.

All setup fees, including any discounted by vouchers or coupons, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project status or cancellation timing.

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Gracifi offers both monthly and annual billing options. There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time with a 14-day notice.

However, all subscription payments are non-refundable — including both monthly and annual plans — and will not be prorated under any circumstances. Your service will remain active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.

This policy applies even if you cancel shortly after your payment.
By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Account Access Upon Cancellation

After your cancellation takes effect, you will lose access to all websites, automation systems, data, funnels, and other tools associated with your Gracifi account. All content will be permanently deleted.

1.2 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your monthly or annual subscription to Gracifi in accordance with these Terms.

Your account will be automatically charged each billing cycle (monthly or annually) for your chosen plan, plus applicable taxes. Failure to use the platform or access the services does not relieve you of payment obligations.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree that Gracifi may retain and use limited transaction data (e.g. last 4 digits, expiration date) for billing purposes.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing unless your subscription is canceled as outlined above.

1.3 Free Trial

Gracifi does not offer any free trial at this time.

1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If payment for your subscription fails and remains unresolved for 7 days, your account and all associated websites, funnels, or automations will be temporarily suspended.

If payment is still not made within 14 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted without further notice.

1.5 Access to Gracifi Digital Assets

With an active subscription, you may access Gracifi’s smart websites, workflows, automation templates, and digital tools created for you. These materials are licensed for use only within your own Gracifi account and may not be transferred, duplicated, or resold.

If your subscription is canceled, all associated access and assets will be revoked, and all data may be deleted.
