Pricing

The latest fees for all plans and services are listed on our website and may be updated at any time. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees based on the plan you select (monthly or annual).

Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee is required to initiate services. This fee is charged in two parts — 50% upfront and 50% upon completion — and is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 14-day written notice. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. All payments — including both monthly and annual — are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

No Refund Policy

Gracifi does not offer refunds for any payments made, including setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or annual subscriptions. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Billing
Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to provide a high level of service availability, but we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Gracifi may occasionally experience maintenance downtime, server outages, or other technical issues.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by such interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracifi, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use or inability to use the services.

Our liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
